Hi,
My hubby is black mailing me that after completion of 7 yrs of my marriage, he wil send notice that either i should come to his mother's house or i should give him divorce?
Since my MIL AND FIL are dangerous and quarelling in nature and they do all sorts of drama when my hubby is present. Once he leaves his house they start giving me mental torchure by calling names, by not giving food and always make me irrate and once i open my mouth, they will complain to my hubby that i am very much shouting in nature my husband always used to beat me a lot.MY MIL is dominating in nature.
He made separate house, MIL she had a grudge, keeping in mind, she never used to send his son to me, its only 2kms away from my rented and mil's house.
He used to give me mental torchure by listening to his mother, i went into depression, so, i attempted once, he only made me to get admitted to hospital
and now by keeping those documents he is harassing me by not giving a single penny to me and to my son(5yrs old)i some how managed from 6 months. by keeping those documents he is telling that he wil get divorce? IS it so,but that has happened bcos of his mother.
All that has happened bcos of his mother and i never did it intentionally, my hubby is a nice person, but he never thinks on his own, he is dependent on his mother for each and every decision.
My hubby is trying to act smart that when police came he begged and borrowed and he made me not to give complaint against him? so, i told i had stomach pain i took it. After that he is not coming to my house, giving this reason that i am cruel person and i hv attempted once, so he is telling tht he will file for divorce in the court after 7 Yrs of my marriage?
what is the importance of 7 yrs in a marriage?
he is forcing me to come to his mother's house which is high impossible for me
because they are torchuring in nature and harrassed me a lot? I will not have peace of mind. and i dont trust them any more because from past 6yrs my elders used to involve and sort out my problem and once they go out mil and fil starts playing their came a
In such case what will court decide i dont mind taking care of them when they are ill (as of now and by god's grace they are very strong)everyday quarelling and fighting for justice i dont get peace of mind in mil's house and kid cannot concentrate on his education.
So, he is telling that only if i come to his mil's house he is ready to accept me otherwise he will send notice next year?(i dont know what plan they have in mind if i go there). I am very much scared to go there?
At any cost i dont want divorce, at least he can come and go once or twice a day to my house?
All this has happened bcos of his partialty nature. He refused to give money telling that you yourself can earn money and look after ? Since i have a son,
i cant go for work, even though i am a graduate?
Is it compulsorily i should sign the divorce papers if he proves i am wrong?

File a complaint under Domestic Violence Act against your MIL and FIL. AND SEEK SEPARATE RESIDENCE WITH YOUR HUSBAND. Along with that, you can also file a petition u/s 125 CrPC for maintenance. Let him file the divorce. He will not get that, since you have enough reason to live separately. For more detail you may contact me at 919555462995
