Hi.
My husband first kicked me out of home then filed a case against me that I left without telling him and he wants to live with me.now the case is in process but they are not coming in court.what would happen if the case ends without decision. Will court take action against him? What would be the courts decision?
And he is also planning for second marriage. I am not going for divorce and he will not give me divorce as well. Kindly guide me.
I have one year old son as well. He is not giving maintenance for child. What if court orders and still he doesn't give the amount what action the court will take against him? Kindly guide

1. Defend the case which your husband has filed against you and claim the maintenance and dower amount, if dower is not paid yet.
2. Court can send him into the prison, can order to deduct from his salary if he is an employee, can attach his property and other steps if he fails to pay the maintenance.
3. For second marriage he needs to get a permission from the union council and they will send you notice as well.
