hi,

My husband has moved out of the house . The house is in his name . I and my son are staying in that house . My husband wantsa mutualy consented divorce . I am working women . Can I ask claim in his properties since we are staying mumbai and I have no ther hosue in mumbai. I do have a property bangalore. Can working women

claim property rights in his husband property and what would be the parameters for my sons alumini, if I ask for my sons custody

you cannot claim the share in property but you can claim residence rights. the custody of the child is already with you.

dear client if property is self acquired by yr husband then u cannot claim any share in it. but u can ask residential order by filing domestic violence case. u can ask maintenance for yr son also. for any legal help call me on 89422611385
