Legal Question in Family Law in India

hi,

my question is very simple....

till now me, my dad and my grandmother were staying in my house...(mom expired 2 years back)....15 days before my dad expired...

she has another son means my real uncle but he denies his duty so my dad was only taking care of her from past 10 years now...

now since i am working and she has another son and his wife alive is there any law in which it states that she is not my responsibility now and she is her another sons responsibility????

so he has to take her with him???

being a grand son you should take care of her .......

your grandmother can demand maintenance from her son ........
