Legal Question in Family Law in India

my name is sahith. i have a girlfriend and we both are in a relation for 3 years. we also had sexual relation many times. now she is not interested to marry me as she want to marry some other. i love her soo much and i want to be with her. according to Indian culture its not good and her rejection hurts me. is there any solution or can i approach the court for justice.

I have proofs of our relation and phone conversation i dont want to marry her but i want to drag her to the court as she promised me to marry.

It may be in your best interest to stay away from her. You have no legal right against her; on the contrary, she may seek your criminal prosecution and you may suffer a jail term.
