Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi

My sister got married this year in April to a divorcee guy. After marriage he started his dominance in every day today activity. From what to eat, what to wear, with whome to talk , even my sister was not allowed to sleep late. He was not allowing her to talk to family member too. She left his place and returened to our hometown. We don't wanted to get this marriage over so soon. After continuous talks both have decided to give one more chance. My sister was about to return to her husbands place but in between demand come from her husband to go and visit her inlaws place where two people we're staying my sisters father in law and mother in law.

One day her father in law came to my sister when no we're present in house and said if his son is not able to satisfy her physically then he will do that as he is getting retired .

My sister return to us and explained this to her husband initially he was not accepting it but he has accepted as his mom was also aware of all these thing. My sisters father in law has threatens her to not to say anything to anyone but said everything to her mother in law as well as her husband .

We tried to avoid all these so that they can stay together by saying my sister will not visit her inlaws place anytime in life.

But now her husband is saying this is not acceptable and give 18 condition if she will follow she can come or else he will give divorce. Now we want to file case against them. We are also thinking that her husband May flew abroad to get away from these.

Please guide me.
