Hi,

My wife filed a 498a case against me and my parents. after 3months of this she sent lawyer notice to me for divorce. Will this be beneficial to me in fighting against 498a case.

No, this notice will not help you in any manner in your 498A case. You should consider reaching an amicable out of court settlement with your wife and try to solve the dispute.
