I am a hindu lady who want to marry a Muslim guy. Can I do that by simply registering ourselves for court marriage or it falls under special marriage act n if so what is the procedure

You may apply to the concerned Marriage Officer of your area under Special Marriage Act who is required to notify one month's notice. After notice period, you may need to appear before the Marriage Officer alongwith witnesses and obtain marriage certificate. The detailed procedure depends upon the place where you live.
