Legal Question in Family Law in India

hi , I'm a hindu married women. My mother and aunt are my grandfather's only children. my mother and aunt entered into a partition in the year 2008 in respect of my grandfather self aquired and ansetral property. What are my rights in this property??? can i ask for a partition??? i have a brother who is also married. Will this property be my mothers self aquired property???
