Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am a Hindu Rajput. I married my mom's younger sister's son 3 years back in a Arya Samaj temple Mumbai. Now we wish to part our ways mutually. We need to have a divorce. one of friend told me that First cousins marriages are illegal & are considered NULL & VOID in the eyes of Law. IF we are first cousins is the marriage valid as per law...??

Please guide me accordingly. If the marriage is not illegal, please help me with the do's for a legal divorce. Also would need to know the timeline for the divorce. i need a divorce ASAP. I had asked the same question earlier but the ans wasn't helpful.
