Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am Hindu & son of SECOND wife my father. First wife ELOPED with her friend & After waiting for her for ten years My father decided to marry my mom & they were(MY FATHER & SECOND WIFE) together for 26 years untill the death of my father . After death of my father first wife (NOT DIVORCED)of my father & her son started claiming rights on my fathers property .The first wife of my father & her son had taken maintenance from my father. My father has one son from First wife & two sons from second wife.

please tell me how property distribution should be done & whether the first wife & her son who had taken maintenance from my father have any rights on property?

they can claim equal share among both wives and children. but if you can prove that first wife was eloped and married to someone else then she is not entitle.
