A Hindu widow adopts a girl per registered adoption for whole of the husbands property, On the same day adopts a boy per registered adoption for whole of the husbands property. The 1st adoptee is not aware of the 2 adoption. After 30 years the widow bequeaths all her husbands property to the 2nd adoptee by way of gift deed. What are the remedies open for the 1st adoptee? Please guide
