HI,

Note: He has only his 10th mark sheet and not school leaving certificate or TC. IN this scenario what to do?

Note: The point is my husband is not cooperating in giving me his community certificate or getting the same. In this scenario is there no other way a child can get the community certificate?

I am a forward Caste (Brahmin) girl and got married to a SC boy. My husband does not have community certificate and Kindly NOTE he is not applying for it, But he is SC He has Adhar card, pan card, driving licensee , 10th mark sheet but no TC. IN this scenario how to get community certificate as SC for my child? IS there no other way if father does not produce his community certificate to wife for getting for child

Dear client apply for his duplicate school living certificate. Once u get it then apply for caste certificate.

only surname is sufficient to apply caste certificate.
