Hi.

One of my cousin got married in registration office in the year of 2016 some of dowry clashes the couple is not living as of now.in the year of 2020 with another person engagement was done.both the families are trying to take the divorce but they are not satisfied with the return dowry amount.in This situation the girl is 4 month pregnant now with engaged person.is engaged person is ready to get married with that girl is this is the correct.?are else what should they do now please suggest as.!

Ask the Girl to apply for divorce at the earliest and then only get re- married. In case she marry's before taking divorce in the first marriage then the second marriage will be void.
