Legal Question in Family Law in India

As per HMA if a man gets married without divorcing first wife then IPC 494 is applicable.

Now if after the second marriage if he gets divorce from first wife and after few years if the second wife gets a ex-parte divorce then the man is divorced from both wives

.In this situation after both divorce is still IPC 494 applicable or its only applicable when one of the marriage is still subsisting ?
