Can I be out of my home owned jointly by myself and husband and file for a divorce and division of property I am a victim of domestic voilence and I am scared if I get a restraining order he will break it, I have no where to go but I am getting a job that provides live in accomadition its not that I want to give upmy rights but I am scared
