Legal Question in Family Law in India
we have a house where my family lives on
the ground floor and my uncle(father's
younger brother) lives on first floor.
This house was earlier on my grandmother's
name before she died she made a
registered will that after her death this
house will be transfered to me and my
father.
After her death we registered this house on
our name in munciple commission office.
Now my uncle is filing a case that this will is
Illigal.
please advice me what can we do in this
case.
our first hiring is on 27-6-2013
well court has denied my uncle's petition. Now he is stoping us to repair our one portion which is in very bad condition and he dosnt have any room on that portion's roof. can we take legal action against him.
