house in the name of father.father expired mother also expired .they had 7 children.6 married &well; settled.youngest one not capable of earning .out of rest six children five are in a view to sale the property &fix; in bank so that its interest can be used for the benefit of the youngest mentally retarded.but the ledest brother wants his share in the property though he has already been given a house by the father.what can be done to save the interest of the youngest one.

Youngest one will get one share of whatever is divided among you seven however stopping your elder brother from calming his right in above said parental property is different matter.
