A house is legally owned by a wife and her husband lives with her at her own house. But her husband did second marriage and takes his second wife to her first wife's house. Now the first wife that owns the house wants to file for a divorce. If she takes that action for divorcing her husband, her husband will take stay order to make her life a living hell. How she can revoke that stay order and to eject her ex husband with his second wife. She also have to ensure her own security of her life and her house, because her ex husband might harm her or her house

in case you are a hindu, the second marriage is null and void. You may seek legal remedies by way of filing a complaint under DV Act and seek eviction of errant husband in case the property is in your name. The second marriage is a sufficient ground for the same. You can also sue him for the offence of bigamy.
