I am a house wife. Due to the harassment of my husband and in laws, i wish to get separated.

My husband has 2 flats and earns 1 Lakh per moth. We have a child.

What is my eligibility ?

Court will decide based on the standard of living the wife was enjoying and at the time of filing divorce based on assets and known sources of income of spouse.
