Legal Question in Family Law in India

i am a housewife married for 3.5 yrs nw. i hav two children 1.5 yrs and 3 mnths old. my husband does not care about me. we live with my in laws. my Father in law drinks daily and then behave badly creating a non living environment. but nobody stops him. besides my husband only supports me financially and j didnt get any emotional or mental support from anybody...its kind of torture. can i file a divorce and who will get the child custody. currently i am not working but i am an MBA(correspondence).

Dear client u can file divorce on the ground of cruelty. If u show the atmosphere of husband's house is not good for children then u will get custody as well as maintenance for u and children. For detail discussion call me
