my husband applied petition in the court for conjugal rights on 16.06.2015.what is his motive?he wants to divorce?

Dear client it is hard to get men divorce in India. So lawyers suggest them to first file petition for restitution of conjugal rights. If wife not come back after court order then husband get divorce easily. For any legal help call me

it could be an indirect effort to get divorce. however, nothing can be opined without going through the petition.
