Legal Question in Family Law in India

My husband arrested in 498A & jailed &bailed;. He is unfit for family life.Any other cases to be put on him because we have given dowry of Rs.10,00,000/-.They are saying we dont give any compansation.How could i get justice.Pl.advice me sir.
