Legal Question in Family Law in India
My husband is Australian citizen and am Indian citizen. Our marriage was done as per Hindu rites but was registered in Australia. I need a divorce - So will it be as per Indian laws or Australian laws? Am in India now. If I ask for compensation as per Indian laws, can my husband revert with fines and sue me with any reason as per Australian Marriage law?
