My husband is Australian citizen. Our marriage held in India. We are having three kids. He is mentally abusing me from three months of our marriage. And now he wants money from my parents. I want divorce from him.

Can you please advice me about the consequences and children custody as he is citizen of Australia?

Also please tell me after taking divorce can I ask for children maintanance? Please reply me according to Indian Muslim law.
