Husband use to beat the so wife came to her parents and has filed domstc vio case against husband. Where she claimed separate accommodation. Now want to know that during this case does the wife has the right to go and stay for few days at her matrimonial house (just to take care her belongings) and then come bck to her parents.

Yes. she is entitled to visit the matrimonial house.She may even seek a 'restraining order' against the husband to stop him from harming her in any manner.
