Legal Question in Family Law in India
Me and my husband are both Bengali general caste. but I'm Bengali brahmin. Can I use my surname as my child's middle name like, 'Rittwik Banerjee Ghosh'? It will be legally acceptable in west Bengal and all over India or not.
