It really depends, what exactly do you want. You have certain rights available under the law but remedy would depend upon what you want. then action would depend also upon the date of marriage, place of marriage, the law under which you got married (like hindu etc..), who all you live with, whether you want maintainane or not; whether you want seperation or not;
