Legal Question in Family Law in India

My husband is british and I am indian. we married 2.5 years back according to Hindi marriage act. That time he was Indian. right now i reside in India and he lives in Britain. Please advice on how the divorce procedure works and according to him his case is more strong. I have been mentally tourtured by his family and been infidelt by mu husband. I do not have proof of infeldity but he said me that he is no more interested in having any relation me. we are living long distant since 9 months. we do not have any child. Kindly suggest what procedure to follow on this matter.

Dear client u can file police complaint under sec 498 a for physical torture. U can file domestic violence case for mental harassment. U can ask divorce on the ground of cruelty. For any help call me on 9422611385
