Legal Question in Family Law in India
my husband built the house his brother was small, now that brother is not ready to give our property to us what to do
due to some fights i had to leave that house & i stayed in my parents house now that brother is not giving our property back to us, his beats his mom if she calls us, nor we are allowed to enter the house, he has made a will that he is alone child of his mom what to do

If house is in the name of your husband then file a case and throw him out.
