Legal Question in Family Law in India
My husband in conspiracy with his parents has filed for divorce. 1. in order to withdraw the divorce petition, they want me to give it in writing (with witness) that i wouldn't file for domestic violence act against my husband n his parents. Is it legal to give such statement in written. would it be valid under India Courts in future?
2. If I give such a statement in writing , can i still file for DV act in future if needed? as they do used to hit & abuse me.

Dear client donot hive in writing. If they beat u then file police complaint against them under sec 498 a. Also file domestic violence for mental harassment. For any help call me on 9422611385
