Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi, my husband has denied to take responsibility of me n my 11 months old child. They forced to leave house in the month of feb. and i am staying with my parents since feb. i gvn 6 lacs from my fund and 7 lacs from my relatives.. still in laws demanding more. what to do ? Please help.
