Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello,

My husband has derested me and my two minor children and run awy to the USA, after selling all our shared belongings. He is not paying any maintainance nor calling for the children.

He was going to have us join him in March 2014, but now he is saying he wants to seperate but not showing any signs to talk over te terms of the seperation. He i sunder legal advise and has threaten a seperation a number of times before Please advise what are my rights.

He is an Indian cititizen, so am I and the children are US Citizens
