Legal Question in Family Law in India

My husband died in an accident. I have two sons and living with my in laws. My in laws having many properties but they are not giving any share to me. what rights I and my sons can have in that property?

You and your family still have rights remain as and when your husband was alive, no any person forfeit you and your families from such right but if any person do so only and only alternatives for you will be to take legal action against your in-laws but in doing so you should also have to take care that your lawyer should be competent for your case because your first suit or application will be make base of the institution of your case. If the properties are self acquired then he has the right to give it to anyone but if the property is ancestral you and your sons will have the right in the property .
