Legal Question in Family Law in India

My husband has died just after 3 years and 10 months of marriage. I ve a 14 months son. I ve 1 sister in law also. We have 2 properties. One worth rs 2 crore ( on father in laws name) and another 2 worth rs 1.5 crore ( on Mother in laws name). I want to walk out from this home. Can i claim on all the properties on behalf

Of my son.? Both mother in law n father in law property

don't walk out now. walk out till the new law comes into force where the wife can claim the property of the in laws. Right now you cannot claim any share in their property but your son can if it is inherited property.
