Legal Question in Family Law in India
My husband has ditched and left me & my minor child.Can I file a suit for partition and possession in civil court in the name of child against the husband to get my son's share in ancestral property? Please tell me how much time will it take? Is it advisable to go for this suit or settle down for alimony since I know my husband is a criminal type of person and will never give me possession of his land..what should I do?
