Husband wants divorce and I don't want to give him divorce. I stayed with him for only 3 months.My husbands age is 33 years and I'm 27. He earns 35k pm and I'm not working. Never worked in past also. If I file dv 498a and 125 cases on him. How much ailmony and maintenance I'll get from him?

Alimony cant be said like that. Based on financial status of both court will fix.
