husband wants divorce. ready for giving only marriage expenses. ready to give in cash. i m not working. have completed 10 months of marriage. wants me to write on paper that i'll not interfere in his life in future. he is also ready to give in written.
he is in hurry i dont know why. he is not waiting for completion of a year so that we can take mutual divorce.
should i give in written?
he wants it before completing 1 year.
will it be valied?
will it create some problem in future?

no its not valid ......
until you do not get divorce from court you can not be parted legally..........
you hve to move to court ......
no do not give any such thing in writting ask him to move to court and file for mutual divorce its easy and fast
1) No. Dont give anything in writing. It is also not valid.
2) Even mutual consent divorce will take one more year.
3) If u contest the divorce, u r entitled for all benefits like alimony,
50% share in the property etc.
