Legal Question in Family Law in India
My husband divorced his ex wife 18 years ago and subsequently married me. We have a 20 year old son. Now the ex wife has summoned him to court to say she wants to live with him. Is this an Order the Court can make and if yes is it not bigamy as he is married to me?

Court cannot summoned you and if summoned then you may approach the appellate court/high court to quash these summons. As after 3 years, court cannot summon.
