Legal Question in Family Law in India
My husband divorced his ex wife 21years ago and subsequently married me. We have a 20 year old son. Now the ex wife has summoned him to court to say she wants to live with him. Is this an Order the Court can make and if yes is it not bigamy as he is married to me?

do u have a 20 yrs son by this man? have put the same query twice here ? if they are legally divorced then not bigamy. if not then it is. for more detail u may call on 09587744142 at 11.00 am to 1.00 pm
