Legal Question in Family Law in India

My husband not allow me to enter his house from last two years. Asking for divorce by mutual consent and not filing contested divorce.

I had filed petition for maintenence along with interim maintenence us crpc 125 last year but still pending because he was not receiving notice.

now what will happen now when he will come with a reply?

Take dasti order or personal service. Until notice is effected, court can not proceed. This is most important and I would advise you to go for divorce and finish the matter for good.
