Legal Question in Family Law in India

I (Husband) had filed case for divorce under cruelty in family court and won the case. Wife had appealed in high court for restitution. Case is pending with high court.I have heard that she has done second marriage.

Can her divorce appeal be dismissed by high court?

Can I file any case against her to hide facts from court and wasting court time?

Please guide me
