Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

my husband have filed case in family court to take me home. i dont want to go with him as he is insisting me to live in joint family. if i appear in court and say that i dont want divorce and want to live with my husband in separate house. and if he dont want that and say that i'll not do that as i cant afford it or like these things. then what will be the court's decision. is divorce will be final then. is there any other option??

the court can not force you to live with your husband and divorce is not the option at all in these circumstances if your husband does not want to divorce you. For detail you may call me

legal ur husband is bound to provide seperate accomodation but u better know is he in position to arrange then he will get the decsion of court in his favour.
