my husband says he has filed for divorce , but i hv not received any petition from court found out the next date was 10th july 2014,neither husband or his lawyer turned up .what is the procedure next ? will they reissue the petition again.
what would be my stand after i receive this petition,
can i transfer my case out of this city as i am not from this place and dont know the language well or any such person who can help me. if so after how many days can i transfer my case and how? pls advise.

Dear client u can transfer the case. If u have to transfer case within same state then file transfer petition in high court. If u have to transfer the case from one state to another state then file case in supreme court. For any legal help call me on 9422611385
