Legal Question in Family Law in India

My Husband has filed an false Divorce case on me for of desertion, and physical and Mental torture. He himself was residing in foreign country showing his status as a Bachelor. His case is likely to be dismissed.

In such a case, will the Maintenance amount stop, which is granted to me and my son under Sec 24 of HMA from the family court?

Also In the Judgment of the DV case(filled by me), as i am getting an maintenance amount from the Family court the JMFC has not granted us the same.

dear client if family court stop yr interim maintenance with judgement then also u can ask maintenance for u and child by filling application under sec 125. For any legal help call me on 9422611385

You have made contrary statement that his petition is likely to be dismissed and there is a judgment also ?

your are liable for maintenance under sec 125 /-

if you are ready to go abroad , request the Court that you want to accompany your husband.
