Legal Question in Family Law in India

I & my husband had filed mutual consent divorce but at the time of second motion he withdrawn his consent. Sometime ago he has arrested in 376 D and his case is under trial. He is in jc for that reason. Now I have filed a divorce case under section 13 (i) a but he is not ready to give me divorce at any cost. Are my all rights are ended after filing mutual divorce petition? ?

1) No. Ur rights are not ended after MCD.

2) File contested divorce petition.
