Legal Question in Family Law in India
My husband had filed an RCR. I went to my parents' place for delivery and did not go back to by husband's place after my delivery due to all the harassment my my husband, both physical and mental harassment. I do not want to go back to him. I have proofs of all the abuse done to me. Will I be able to manage the case without a lawyer?

and procedures of court. An experienced lawyer would be able to present
in a better manner.
