the husband has filed a rcr petition,wife stated he is suffering from std and hence she does not want to return if he is not willing to do medication.husband amended the petion into divorce petition on the grounds of cruelty .did undergo any medical examination for the disease.the divorce petition was granted as the wife could not proof he is suffering from std as stated in ws.now wife has filed a appeal in high court .what will be the result of this case
