My husband filled divorce case on cruelty (sec 13a) he has taken 10 lacs from my father in 2014 and he shifted my whole dowry items in a rented accomodation and rent agreement is on my husband's name and his advocate is sending me notice to vacante the rented house. I have filled sec 125 cprc and loddged a complaint in to women cell my husband has modgaged my gold ornaments to muthuoot fincorp and he became garantor and gave his blank cheques. I m planning to go for DV against them .. pls suggest what to do
