my husband has filled a divorce case in which judge has passed an order of judicial seperation without considering the facts as I am living seperate because of his cruelity I hve filled case against him for dowry harrassement and causing misscarriage without consent and session trial is on I hve challenged the seperation order in High court but in mean while he apealed for review of the seperation order as he wants divorce plz help how to defend as I hve challenged the order in High court does his case stand plz rply

both, review and appeal would be decided side by side but as your case is in high court, you may obtain stay of proceedings before the lower court.
